Warm Up Series.

Arena Fitness Trainers use a Strength/Stretch approach to preparing the body for exercise. During the "Dynamic Warm up" we address range of motion of all the major joints of the body. At the same time we are able to warm up all the major muscle groups of the body. Arena has used this warm up for years with all of our clients of every fitness level to affectively prevent injuries during and after exercise.
