In fond memory of Lee Roy Mercer

I was very sad to hear that Lee Roy Mercer was called to be with the Lord on 21st January 2010.

I never met Lee Roy but while I was coming up with some ideas for a Rowdy Animation I e mailed Lee Roy to ask if I could animate a part of his most widely known, in NASCAR circles, interview with Tony Stewart.

Lee Roy got right back to me with a positive response.

Unfortunately the animation idea did not take off but I found this clip just now which I humbly dedicate to the memory of an extremely funny man.Condolences to Lee Roy's friends and family.
