@owenhoho - What version of Photoshop do you have? It is a feature that has been added in the past few years.

@owenhoho Yeah, I don't think it was added until about CS2 or 3. Regardless, all the other steps still apply, the free transform isn't entirely necessary, it just adds a nice effect to it all.

okie , wat about d layers?? cant turn them into .jpg it gets saved as .psd!!

@AliThe19 - Go to 'File' > 'Save As' > 'Format' drop down menu > select 'JPEG (*.JPG,*.JPEG,*.JPE)'
This will save your image as a .JPEG.
