Ok I'm gonna start eve soon and the race I wanted to be went from amarr to gallente to caldari and now I'm wavering to minmatar because my goal is to be one of the most infamous pirates, more than Kane Rizzel can some halp meh?!?

Whose Kane Rizzel?, Your Racial track is fine ( any would be fine really ), just specialize. The better you can be in a particular line of ships, the more skills at level V the better etc... Specialization is key in EVE because you can only be so good in EVE. It also makes you more attractive to the better corporations. As a new player I'd get my feet wet and understand the game a bit, then join Factional Warfare, get a grasp of PVP and then move onto pirating. Cheers. @Smehrf

It really works. Can flippers can be confused: Continuously jettisoning 1 unit of Velspar to leave behind garbage cans (dang appropriate name) , while mining for your own full shipboard load of any ore, has proven to be a nice payback for can flipper rats as evidenced by the grape vine and personal observation and chat channels.

one thing i learned while having a negative sec status, at least in caldari space, you get webbed before being scrammed, meaning instawarps and very fast travel, i got raped by amarr police trying this there though...
