Canada's Pot Laws are Unconstitutional!

Breaking news, Friday July 13th - A judge in Toronto rules pot laws are unconstitutional, just the same as what happened in 2003 when Marc Emery went on his Summer Of Legalization tour!

Kirk is never stoned, especially not on video, and he has done amazing work as a lawyer. He has helped numerous people with their legal cases, including ourselves. And he's not even in this video, so I don't know what you mean by "he was shaking during the hearing"...?

So what's wrong with Canada wanting to smoke pot legally? Is there a problem with Amsterdam smoking pot freely? Was there anything wrong with George Washington growing and smoking pot? I'm not religious at all. But, if pot is so bad, then why did YOUR god decide to put pot on this earth? A drug is a chemical altered by humans. Pot, is, in-fact. Not. It can be cross-bred, it can be mixed with chemicals, that would deem it a drug. But, pot, grown, cured and smoked. Is not a drug. Period.

@russellnixon1 what they did in amsterdam would not work here but we could still regulate weed to make it safer then prohabitiion we could reduce the 3 big risk

1)driving make the person wanting the right to drive and the right to have pot smoke then pass a sobraity test if he can let him have both rights if he fails have him pick just one

2)psychosis have him go a doctor high to see if he is violent depressed or pairanoid if he's not let him smoke

3) second hand smoke copy cigarettes laws
