Why do you think the Vietnam War draft offered college deferments? If the black gangbangers had no guns, all those corrupt cops would spiral out of control -- Mr. Hoover hated those uneducated cops. Go to college, then to graduate school, get a few Ph.D.'s like Julius Oppenheimer, then the cops can play God, Judge and Jury.
