its the exact opposite dear user. every regular and ordinary american citizen is welcome in iran. you can travel there, whenever you want to. we are only against the imperialistic policies of you, which has targeted muslims as the great threat to the humanity. that's all.

You say "there" so I'm assuming you are not in Iran and that you're somewhere else. I spoke to someone there and they told me many, many, many Iranians there hate Americans. I don't know how true this is but the stigma from the the 70's are still around. And yes indeed, every day is Ashura and every land indeed is Karbala especially the ones who claim to be democratic and as Socrates once stated, "nothing could be worse."

if you are also against the imperialistic policy of the US, you are the most welcome guest there and will not have a single problem because of you american citizenship.
