If you raise your dog responsibly it will know to never drive drunk, unless those dogs were so drunk they didn't realize what they doing. For the most part, responsibility lands on their owners. Unless they were just too drunk. Then I blame the bar tender for over serving those dogs. I'm sure one of those dogs intended to be DD. But society and peer pressure weight heavily on our decision making.

This picture of cinema photography passes itself off as a video yet has so few moving parts. It is merely an engaged slideshow, it also displays that cats are just high-class and snooty assholes while the dog can have a good time. Cats only nurture babies during press events, the dog however wouldn't be so coy with their behavior, when seen with a baby they almost immediately pull out the barbecue sauce in an act of good show. Dogs are true to you and that is why they are the better animal.
