This 1974 Navy documentary celebrates the history of women in the Navy. Part 2 looks at the further integration of women into the Navy during the Cold War, and includes interviews with the Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Elmo Zumwalt, and Admiral Alene Duerk, the first woman appointed to flag rank. It also includes candid interviews with sailors on both sides of the issue in 1974, and footage from "Boot Camp," Recruit Training Command, Naval Training Center Orlando.
