How to thread your Arawak Mums sling available for purchase on Aruba.
How to position a newborn in the appropriate tummy-to-tummy position.

I really call this position tummy-to-chest. The baby's tummy is against the wearer's chest, a newborn should always be in a sling at cuddling/kissing height, that is why her tummy will not be against your tummy, that is far too low to carry a newborn.

Note:
Make sure your baby's nose is not covered by fabric nor against your body.
Always be alert to check if your baby is breathing.

Do not undertake any risky or hazardous activities when wearing a baby in a sling.
Do not replace the car seat with a sling while sitting in a vehicle.
Do not wear a baby in a sling while boating. Always make sure your baby is wearing suitable floating devices for in case of an unexpected accident. It is very dangerous to have a baby strapped in a sling and you fall in the water.
