@Pepper6464 :so... how should she have talked :-?

@cayoub84 you wont nessecarily get fat off of fast food though. It might not be healthy nutrient wise, but if you ate the right things from fast food places you would be fine.
-
@PrincessGlowingStar lol I think its funny that you truly believe that there is nothing wrong with fast food. your in denial, do a little research on what you are putting in your body. and just because you eat salads at mcdonalds doesnt make it healthy, the dressings are terrible for you.

She talks like a 14 year old giving a health presentation for her middle school project. She is like a reason why female Dr.s aren't taken seriously.

lol i like the generic photo on her desk

how does one know if one has sleep apnea?
-
@TudorRose85 That wouldn't work. It would be a draconian move on behalf of the gov't that enforced it, and fat people would just find alternate ways to be fat.

Yes, but I balance it out, like I said before, with fruits and vegetables. Besides, you don't even know what I eat at Mcdonald's everyday. Maybe it's all salads...
Eating too much of the "junk food" everyday is unhealthy...
-
@PrincessGlowingStar It's not just about being overweight, it's about being healthy...
and eating 'junk'food is NOT healthy regardless of whether you burn it or not, it's still processed food(filled with chemicals) going in to your system.
You can burn the fat with exercise but not the chemicals...

Yes, I have. It's gross, haha. But when I said I eat Mcdonald's everyday, I eat it in moderate portions, and balance it out with fruits and vegetables, making sure I burn all of it when I in my sports.

there is no benefit to obesity. You're slowly destroying your life and eventually you will kill yourself. You can't diet to lose weight. You have to change your lifestyle to eating the correct portion sizes and daily strenuous exercise to lose a significant amount of weight. I did it so I know what it takes. You have to have a definite reason and a definite goal. You cannot stop until you get there. That takes real discipline and determination. But instead people give a bunch of excuses.

You do realize that there is nothing ignorant about pointing out that the leading cause of obesity is improper diet and inadequate physical activity, regardless of how tactlessly i stated it...
Fact is I don't have to be nice to people who cause their own problems, in fact i have every right to judge them...
Nobody holds a benefit for smokers getting lung cancer and no one should hold one for fat people who eat fast food and sit on their fat lazy asses ALL DAY LONG!
