Quick intro about how you don't need a Barbell to perform Complex Training followed by Lil'Bomb performing a Barbell Complex. Keep in mind that he is performing this with half his body weight. We Squat, We Deadlift, We Bench, We Sprint, We Fight, & We Do This Too.

    When we program barbell complexes into Lil'Bomb's training, we have him do these once per wk. These bring out the "Animal" in you!
