The House Energy Action Team is turning up the heat with a new video detailing the damage done to the economy caused by the Democrats' job-destroying energy policies. The video opens with the question "Fed up with prices at the pump?" While other countries explore and develop new energy supplies, the Obama Administration continues to keep American resources under lock and key. The video also highlights President Obama's offer to make America the number one customer of Brazilian energy exports. House Republicans have a solution, which is an "all of the above" strategy to ensure U.S. energy security. Democrats have no plan to reduce our dependence on foreign oil.

whoever made this video is beyond stupid. Between 2004 & 2007, Big Oil gave four times as much money to the Republican party than the Democratic party. Vote Republican, which is in the best interest of the billionaires in the oil industry to fix the problem? Fuckin' brilliant.

too much regulation has got us to where we are now. i say get the government off the backs of the oil companies. let them drill and produce and see the supply of fuel increase. that will increase jobs and bring down prices.

and yet prices still go up. don't you think that prices may be going up because of both increased demand and unrest in the middle east? if your hero were to allow drilling off the coasts, then maybe we could supply all we need and our prices wouldn't be subject to the instability of other countries.

but maybe you just like blaming conservatives. you must be part of the occupy movement. got to love those fleabaggers

Yeah because exploring more oil is going to produce more. More like it will be used to increase the value of the company? And if it is pumped out which will be years down the road it will be sold to the highest bidder not at a discount to the U.S. And just because we pump more oil out doesn't mean we will create more oil refinery's. Why would oil companies produce more oil for less profit if scarcity produces larger profits??
