Cloud Computing is basically Internet computing. It is an infrastructure providing storage,data,applications,etc. by forming "clouds",this cloud is accessed via internet.

Please refer my presentation on cloud computing to know the details about "cloud", it is discussed extensively in QA session @ 9th minute.
