Distracted Driving was the winning entry in the 2009 Public Health PSA contest, youth division, sponsored by the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Ohio's Mark Middleton and Robert Gabbert were the producers.
what's sad as well is that many teens who text while drive have said that texting-while-driving laws won't make them stop doing it, ignorance at its best!

Toenails? Seen it done.
Best ever: 80# woman, 8-TON Excursion, 80 MPH.
Cell phone held by cocked head on left shoulder, yakking 80 miles a minute.
Sun-visor DOWN, sitting up so mirror on back of visor was at her eye-level, her nose about an inch from the mirror.
Using one hand to pull up eyelid while other applies mascara or whatever.
NO WAY IN HELL she could see ANYTHING but a close-up of her eye.
Not even an elbow on the wheel, totally ALONE in the car.
When did Fords get auto-pilot?
