  • 70% of Switzerland's trade is with the EU and they trade at a far lower cost per head than what Britain does. Why does Britain need to be part of the EU when Japan, India, Peru Mexico and America can trade just as easily with the EU ???

  • He always avoids using the f word... Federalist

  • weak weak weak, not one decent point as to why we are in this Dicatorship. Meanwhile our hospitals are falling apart, out troops have crap kit, Charity begins at home!

  • To not sound too hysteric, he seems to have good intent and makes good points about letting countries decide for themselves what should be decided on state level. He just doesn't seem to realize that those so called "trade regulations" are just an instrument to open member countries to exploitation. There was a reason why there were taxes on import and such, to protect local production. When you remove it, you open your country to destruction and financial terrorism, which is exactly what happened

  • It's bloody propaganda. This guy doesn't know what he is talking about. Or is and is getting a shitload of money to say the criminally misleading nonsense he says. Yes, we need less EU ... ZERO to be more specific. If 90% of it is destroying the member states, you're not going to try to highlight the few "benefits". There are "benefits" to dictatorship too, that doesn't mean we should implement it.

  • "Means less regulation not more.." What planet is this guy on? Spend the money instead on hospitals, pensions and all the other things we would benefit from. We sold and bought from countries in Europe for hundreds of years before we joined the EU and we will continue to do so after we finally leave this appalling and criminally ineffective organisation.

  • Thanks for such a clear, British explanation of some of the benefits that justify Britain's membership of the EU. As well as supporting British businesses and jobs, the EU helps Britain to maintain our influence as a nation who want to help shape the world according to our values. Let's work more closely with our allies in Europe and help to build a strong EU that can protect our future.
