By early 2011 internet piracy had become out of control.
In an attempt to stop the problem the Australian government announced the Anti-Torrenters Bill.
After huge publicity the bill was mysteriously vetoed by parliament and internet pirates started disappearing in droves.

By mid 2012 the Australian government had revealed the existence of the Anti-Downloader Squad (ADS). Soon the ADS became feared by all Australians as they were blamed by many for being responsible for the deaths of dozens of alleged internet pirates.

Soon 99.99% of the population stopped downloading illegally.

Today the ADS is able to deter all but a few downloaders, now labelled 'Torrenters'.

For the first time a camera crew has been given access to the ADS... and a member of the 00.01%.
