The Moral Law
That is a powerful-powerful-powerful leadership strategy. Being endowed with the moral law, or, causing people to believe they are on the "right" side-doing the "right" thing, when they are fighting for you, makes them fight 100 times harder!!!
Sun Tzu named it the first predictor of which leader would win a battle.
"The Moral Law causes the people to be in complete accord with their ruler, so that they will follow him regardless of their lives, undismayed by any danger"

@Rayster84 he did win but as he saw his king become despotic and corrupt after his victory he retired. Without Sun Tzu's assisstance, the king's enemies came back and defeated him.
