University of California Irvine Muslim student hate results in 11 arrests

The ambassador to Israel, Michael Oren, was invited to speak by Middle East Studies Student Initiative at the University of California Irvine. Ths video show how horribly he was treated by a number of Muslim students who were arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. Now, a some Muslim groups don't want anything to happen to these students are have launched a campaign to put pressure of the university not to take further action. One has to wonder what type of up-bringing these students have to be so hateful and disrespectful.

The students are right to protest.

Would we sit back and allow a diplomat and proponent of Idi Amin's regime spread a propagandised version of the truth to halls full of people? Or would we allow South African National Party representatives preach selective stories about South African history?

Absolutely not. Israel is an occupying state, responsible for thousands upon thousands of innocents, and the continued suffering of the Palestinian people in inhumane conditions.

the freedom of speech comes in when the audience is respectful and waits for appropriate time to address the speaker. If you continue in this way there will not be peace for either side. Just like the gang wars of Los Angeles, blood fueds never die and all involved end up dead which solves neither sides issues.
