This is a comedy series that portrays the life and adventures of Quan Le. He is an Asian American who arrived in America as a teenager and every day since, has tried really hard to be more American. Quan wants what every newcomer wants, to live the American dream. It is over the last 5 years that he has made his biggest stride towards achieving this. In the process of becoming more American, Quan has partaken in new, exciting, and sometimes questionable experiences. He has discovered more about his capabilities, his limits and all that America has to offer. Quan is doing things now that 10 years ago, he would never have dared of experiencing.

This is an episode of the How to be American comedy series. Goth culture is not well understood or recognized in American society, yet it is a culture that is full of fashionable and truly kind people. But don't get us wrong, they are certainly big party animals too!

Quan has taken his thirst for being American to the Goth world. He has partied like a Goth star for many consecutive weeks now, and is eager to share his experience.
