I am looking to simply cut out dinner and lose a little more, more like 100 pounds. I am 277 and would like to weigh 180 or a little less. I have picked tonight as my last night for eating at night.
one more thing as the lady was saying you sleep so much better. no need to take sleeping meds...you also sleep less and DEEPER
just a note : i came to the daylight diet on my own, that is before i heard of paul nison...wanted to lose 50 lbs and lost 55...by basically eating less in the afternoon untill i decided to simply not neat anything at all after lunch...
it worked . i have more energy in the afternoon because of the low insulin level and just feel fantastic
I learned about this from both you and Tonya. I'm still learning but so far I can tell you that I wake up with much more energy because my body isn't going through the digestion process during the night. I really think you're on to something here. Also, eating too much is a BIG part of getting healthy. Once you start putting in the more nutrient dense foods, you come to realize just how much you were overeating. Learning so much from you and loving it!!! God Bless!
