Im guessing you've never actually seen this movie, if you have you would know that it is in fact captain america, there's another scene where they actually show you captain americas shield a little bit buried under the snow

to AlienMob2012 yo don't forget that cap america had an old shield made of some crap metal... then after he was revived from ice S.H.I.E.L.D ask stark as he is a very successful engineer and has both a lot of adamantium and vibranium . so it's possible that the iron man movie may be in the time line when captain america has just been revived............. u know jus saying;)
