@KawamaAmigo I've flown with SIA(singapore) many times and their service is good. Emirates I do not know how it is. Maybe the producer of this video is more focus on the good customer service that they offer. Because her in the U.S. its impossible to find an airline like that . But I agree there are bigger airlines with better first and business class
