And as far as drugs being everywhere? LOL, there are ten times more drugs now. Back then, the only people taking drugs were the inner city kids, where I grew up. The suburb kids drank, that was their thing. Now suburb kids are into all kinds of drugs, stuff we didn't even have back then. It was a much more innocent time. Today, EVERYONE is a snarky scumbag internet bad ass. LOL

@shippoiscoolbitches Hmmmmm me thinks someones revisionist history is a little skewed. How old are you? the reason I ask is because I was already in college in the 80s and can honestly say I had the time of my life. I lived through the cold war when it was almost a hot war. I'm no worse for it and to be honest I miss the USSR. Sure made the Olympics more interesting. It was great. If you didn't have fun then maybe you were a little too serious for the times. :)

@mayamanign Yeah, where the crime rate was highest in recorded history, people weren't sure whether or not they would live to see the next day, where the Cold War threat was at it's highest, music getting banned because it was "Satanic", drugs were everywhere because no one had realized the harm they did to themselves, and the people were becoming sexually repressed as if it were the 50's again. That was all great!
