would of been better if you used a sawzall!!! I love it, as someone who has tried to open an iMac, (you know the one with the crt built in) I've wanted to do this on more then on occasion. Maybe it's time to drag one behind my 4x4.

Sometimes just applying physical force to a PC IS the answer. I was going to swap out drives in an old machine. I couldn't figure out how to remove the front though. I unlatched the sides, but it still wouldn't lift off. I actually called support to ask how... I didn't want to break it. After being transferred and sitting on hold, I just yanked the thing up! :) That was what I was supposed to do, the whole time. I wonder what the tech thought when he heard the loud crack!

does anyone know how to get rid of the noise that the compter tower makes?
i have a gateway and the tower makes a lot of noise its really annoying
any help on getting rid of it?

What kind of noise is it? Is it a high pitched buzzing noise from the speakers, or is it maybe the whirl of the fan. I had an extra high volume fan installed in my Gateway, and that fan noise was way too loud.

what's difference between a redneck and a hillbilly?
A Hillbilly's home will be up on blocks with the tires stolen. The Redneck will not have sex with his sister where as the Hillbilly is married to his sister. The Rednecks family tree has branches. the Hillbilly's family tree does not branch out at all period. A Redneck will carry a bottle of water when walking in the desert. A Hillbilly will carry an old car door so that if he gets hot he can just roll the window down to cool off.

You make some very good points here, although I think you just might be a little too generous to the Rednecks among us. It has been my experience, that a Hillbilly will gladly be called a Redneck, but a Redneck would consider it "fighten words" if he were ever called a Hillbilly. Therefore, many so-called Rednecks out there, are actually Hillbillies in disguise.
