  • In regards to the comments below, Michael isn't screwing up the lyrics, this was recorded well before the 'Soldiers' album was even released and it simply had different lyrics back then. I have quite a few early bootlegs and this and other songs (such as 'Surrender') have some different lyrics.

  • I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF STRYPER IS STILL TOGETHER

I SEEN THEM IN ANAHEIM CA. WITH THE RESURECTION BAND

IT WAS REAL. KEEP ROCKIN FOR THE ROCK OF SALVATION 2 SAMUAL 22:2

  • I AM FROM BRAZIL,AND I LOVE STRYPER TO DEATH,I LISTEN TO THEM EVERYDAY,MY FAVORITE ALBUNS ARE SOLDIERS UNDER COMMAND AND AGAINST THE LAW.

  • @source60 Nothing wrong with Yngwie Malmsteen. He is actually a Christian himself. On is newest album there is a song that speaks of the suffering of Christ.

  • man......this is good stuff.......they didn't have figured the riffs out.....or the "final" lyrics ...this is raw........stryper almost at the composition stage......I just cant believe this....

  • It's on a different note.

  • S.U.C. was released in mid 85'. I saw this tour either late 85' or early 86'. Blew my mess out.

  • It was a White Front store. (before the church.) After that they opened it up for Friday Movie nights and after the church was built half was still used for movies and we watched concerts in the sanctuary every Friday night. I was there

  • Lucky! I was only 5 then.

  • I grew up in Downey. I was not a Christian back then, but I remember seeing all their flyers all over the place, and I use to play roller hockey in what is now the main sanctuary. The bullding they purchased was an old Jewelcor store. I wish I would have seen them. I eventually came to Christ through them, but many years later. I was a musician, but back then was into Yngwie and Halen. God Bless guys!!

  • Wow!!! that was my first roadie job at that very show....way cool..never seen this before.
