@bailinnumberguy Yes, it's normal to let a losing player offer something first. I did see one instance where a Polish player beat a guy, and admittedly played a nice game. The losing party offered a quiet handshake, and was probably set to depart, when the victor started exclaiming about what a beautiful game he'd just played, and how there was nothing Black could've done, and demonstrated how he'd have executed the mate, despite the fact that the poor man had already resigned

@MrRazorblade999 Looked like he was being rude to me. He got up out of his chair without offering a handshake. I don't think she'd have said anything like that had he simply offered a handshake at theend of the game.
