Remote Desktop is a feature of Microsoft Windows, that allows you to access your PC from anywhere in the world, and use it as if you were sat right in front of it.

However, as with most things over the internet, Remote Desktop can never be 100% secure, and it is always possible it could be exploited by hackers to gain unauthorised access to your PC.

In this screencast tutorial, we show you how to disable Remote Desktop in Windows XP, to protect yourself that little bit more against hackers.
