To start with you will begin at a low pressure, and build up very gradually (be patient!) as you are able to leave it on longer and longer. Beginning with 5 to 10 min intervals. Then 15 to 20 min intervals. Working up to 30 to 45 min (max or risk of blood clot) intervals. Stop if it hurts! Don't over do it!

You should build a routine of at least 5 times a week, but no greater than 3 times in one day.

TIP: When putting on the cylinder... Pull back your hood and labia to expose as much of your glans and shaft as possible, and to prevent extraneous tissues from getting sucked into the cylindar.

For the purposes an FTM would want to pump for; I do not recommend bio-male size pumps, full vulva pumps, or bulb style clitoral pumps.

Cheap alternative: Make a pump out of a baby medicine syringe, which will often come with a baby medicine spoon that can be made into an STP...

I was just wondering, when you use the pump does it fill up the whole tube like all the way to the end of it? I am considering transitioning and want as much info about it as possible, sorry if this question offends.

@MegaRavekid Probably not all the way to the end, no... I suppose it would depend on the size of the tube and the amount of growth you've had, but even bio guys using standard pumps don't generally reach the very end of the cylinder.

@aaronftm Oh, ok then, one other question, when you say it goes down and you might have to pump it again, does this mean the length of the penis will not stay that length at all times, meaning you will have to pump for the rest of your life? Like once you go from 1" to say 4", if you stop pumping on a regular basis, will you shrink back down to 1"?

@girlskickballs Over long term use it will enlarge a cis-female's clit... Being on T is what causes the most growth. The pumping is to encourage as much of it as we can, while also encouraging the direction of the growth to protrude outward rather than just down. The results will not be anything near what a transguy on T would get, but there will be some growth.
