The CT measurement was done in collaboration between Amsterdam Scientific Instruments, NIKHEF and Reactor Institute in Delft (TU Delft).

Size of the sample was 6x5x5 mm.

The neutron CT was measured with Timepix STPX-65k imaging detector with Silicon sensor modified by 6Li rich converter to detect neutrons.
Beam parameters: thermal neutrons, flux 1e7 n/cm2/s

Timepix QTPX-262k was used for the X-ray CT. QTPX-262k differs from STPX-65k only by larger area (1.4x1.4 cm2 vs 2.8x2.8 cm2). The X-ray source was Hamamatsu micro-focus X-ray tube. The geometrical magnification was 3x.
