Thank you NOEWAIT. I am mentally disabled and my life partner has cerebral palsy. I volunteer my time when I am well enough to, interpreting sign language for my deaf mother and my deaf friends in the Dr's office and govt. offices for them. I also help care for my husband. I have only seen cuts to programs that bring us on the verge of homelessness because we're so poor. People like us shouldn't be made to suffer. I thought America was civilized. I guess it all depends on how much $ we have
