i was up to about 6 80s a day for a good 9 mos straight after a few years of addiction anyway...went cold turkey made it thru hell. 10 months clean. yeee feels good ppl. shit holds you down.

@silver760 ummmmmmmm your pain will always get worse and you will continue to use more and more. No matter how strong you are sir your body will require more. Most people who are put on OXY are put on it for back pain (the only real reason to use it) and most of the time they will die much earlier. OXY is synthetic heroin.......... it kills you. OXY came out in 1996...... also oxycontin is the only brand of the drug you can shoot up. (cant do that with generics)

Im addicted to oxy cotton, i've been snorting theem for 2 years now, i;ve been trying to quit, its been 1 day ive been quiting, i have really bad pains, it feels like im in hell!, or WORST!!, the tylonel doesnt work! fuck! i have 8 kids, and im a single mother! in a small 2 bedroom apartment who barely pays half the rent and im about to get evicted soon!, IDK!!,

Why are people saying "I took it for years and then stopped taking it ,I had to go through withdrawl etc" ?? Did their pain suddenly disapear? These drugs are for relief from CHRONIC pain,I suffer with chronic pain and would function even less if I didnt have some relief from it,it wont go away overnight ,I will need them for the rest of my life.I cant picture a situation where if you are prescribed this that you suddenly no longer need it,these drugs aren't for acute pain.Bad prescribing Dr's

I was taking oxycontin for years and oxy norm,I'm now taking oramorph,severedol,MXL,fentayl and Actiq.I've never had any adverse reactions to these meds to be honest I have never found them that effective,the only thing that works for me is IV fentayl.Since my chronic pancreatitis started I have taken neally evey pain med there is.People who take this stuff while not opiate tolerant will kill themselves,it knocks them out,depresses their breathing which kills them,experimenters will die,
