Kills in order:

BLAST SHIELD
Just have blast shield on and toggle it on and off whilst doing any shot.

LADDER JUMPING/STALL
Strummy and his friends started these, there are loads of these on MW2 basically jump onto a ladder and press jump as soon as you hit the ladder and it will bounce you off. The one i showed you was sent in by 2 people, but one guy hit it in a public match and can be seen on OpTic Nations Top 5 Killcams Week 16, his name is Matt770

REVERSE VARIAL
Strummy and his friends started doing these first I think, there basically 360s but with a twist, if you spin and look up its a 'varial' and if you look down its a 'reverse varial'

TURRET SHOT
Stand behind a turret and press X or square to get on the turret the same time as noscoping.

UPPERCUT
Opposite to SLAM DOWN in the previous episode, good for when people are above you, just go from looking down to looking up and noscope.
