@masterdreus no problem buddy. If you want to buy a subaru go to clubwrx.net and join the forums. theres another bigger subaru forum called nasioc that has more technical information but they are a bunch of trolls and aren't accepting to new guys. clubwrx is a really good bunch of laid back knowledgeable guys, if you ask a few pointed questions there theyll send you in the right direction

@BlueAvenue22 i guess ill have to bring a mechanic then. still afraid what happened to the sti cuz he changed the sensors. lol thanks again man for the info im getting more and more knowledgeable with your guidance haha

@masterdreus because of the turbo the motors in the WRX and STI make power quite easily. some guys get a little more carried away than others as far as modifcations go. and I know from subie forums alot of guys are good about reverting it back to stock before selling. I would try and find a third party mechanic or knowledgeable friend to inspect any used performance car because theres a high chance of it being raced or built up. but driven normally the stock STI is a reliable car.

@BlueAvenue22 thanks for the rep man. im eying on a 07 subaru sti right now but this seller is telling me he has newly replaced his sensors. im just worried what are the downfalls or usually what breaks in a subie

@masterdreus There is three trims of Subaru Impreza: 2.5i, WRX, and WRX STI. The STI and WRX STI are the same thing. The 2.5i gets an economy NA 4cyl, good on gas but it's not fast and wont be fast. The WRX either gets a 230HP motor or 265HP motor, both with turbos. You can make them pretty quick and they can handle too but they have a really weak trans. The STI gets a 300HP motor and bulletproof trans, better brakes and firmer suspension.

the gti has gay ass interior. the subie has the best interior around. every time i give someone a ride in my sti they comliment the interior.
