Look who has finally decided to upload a new video! :p
I still can't believe this is finally up, seriously.
There are not enough words to describe my love for this movie, for every single one of its frames. It's one of those things that you can't quite explain, it's just something you feel. I highly recommend to anyone who has never seen it or heard of it: WATCH IT. NOW. You might end up crying your eyes out, but in the end you won't regret it. After I watched it for the first time, I couldn't think of anything else for DAYS; the beauty and the tragedy of this story was just too much for me to handle. And, even though the book was more detailed and made you connect more with the characters, I found myself liking some things more in the movie than I did in the book. Anne and Jim did such a beautiful, heart-wrenching job: their chemistry, their versatility, the way their faces and their eyes were able to express every single thing their characters were feeling.. this and much, much more made me feel completely in awe of this movie. Not to mention the magic of its score; if you don't want to watch it for the story or for the actors, you might as well just watch it for the amazing piece of art that is Rachel Portman's work - my heart skips a beat every time I listen to the opening and ending themes.
And also do it for the gloriousness of Jim Sturgess -- SERIOUSLY. The guy is so fudging handsome I kept staring at his face the entire movie, missing dialogues here and there *fangirling like crazy*

That said, I hope you will like my attempt to show how I feel about the movie and I also hope that this will lead the ones who haven't seen it to feel more curious and enough inspired to watch it :)

1. It's incredible... I agree with absolutely everything you wrote about the movie! I've [finally] watched it a week ago and I'm still not over it! I've been replaying some scenes like 100 times!! The score is wonderful and the chemistry between Jim and Anne is UNDENIABLE!! They are both perfect in their roles! And yes, I cried my eyes out... :'( but the end of the movie was so beautiful that I actually ended up smiling and crying at the same time!! haha

I still prefer the book but I agree with you, Jim and Anne were the perfect Dex and Emma! They captured the characters so so well! Anyway, I love the video, especially how you ended it by rewinding the years passages and showing us that last scene! It had an especial effect on me while reading the book so yeah ;D
