@Doughboy2213 I think they pretty often base their songs on those things but who cares? The music is awesome regardless of what the text is based on.

When I listen this song I think about Ninja Gaiden for the Nes... But on steroids.
-
It's like listening to an epic video game o_o

@lolbunnah people cant fucking google, eh?
-
@DJMetalstone it's what they used to make the music for old school Nintendo games.
-
Idk, I found it pretty badass reading mirai nikki and listening to this and the overworld album.
Would make for a good soundtrack if they ever made more then an OVA.

Also
"The certainty of your new God, is all you need to know
This not the peace you had in mind? The one you waited for?
There is no land beyond his law, there is no place to go"
Seems like Kira, the new god, and his peaceful world to me

Is it possible the based this of Death Note, they did base Missing Link on Legend of Zelda. I mean this "There's nothing in this place that excites me anymore
I long only for nightmares, for apocalypse and war
I'm bored out of my skull, let's play a different game
Let's pay a visit down below and cast the world in flames"
Is exactly what Ryuk did. And then "world of Light" the perfect world Light envisioned

who cares what genre it is? It's awesome!

@VideoGamesReborn ...
SID. Metal. End of story, kthxbai. (Yes, it's also power metal, although the more correct genre is SID.)
