Bill's Desktop

This is a demonstration of my Linux desktop. Your desktop simply holds the programs you run. I think that this desktop in Ubuntu Linux is superior to the desktop available on Windows.

The system information area is handled by Conky.

Other than those it is standard Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx which has been configured to taste. One thing to note is that the CompizConfig Settings Manager has been installed which exposes all of the compiz settings to configure the desktop in the manner I have.
