@2outofthreeaintbad honestly man, it has nothing to do with dunking, and it has nothing to do with being asian, yi janlian is not a great player. he puts up some mid range jump shots and some garbage points off of rebounds and good looks in the paint, but other than that he doesn't contribute much, he's a weak rebounder, (career high 7 a game, average around 5) and doesn't block a lot of shots. and no nba team would build around him, so no, he doesn't kick ass in games

wow...stop arguing about this. asians can be good like Yao. some r saying that Yi isn't a talented player which is absolute bullshit since anyone playing in the NBA or professional basketball is a talented athlete. Dunking doesn't make a player that talented rather how much they contribute to a game. So even if Yi sucks at dunking, he kicks ass in games.
