if you think about it our defense was strong all year it was just the o-line that would make the offense go three and out and defense was on the field too much which led to some injuries

Yep, 25 years from now, the 2012 Bears defense will go down in NFL lore right along with the '85 Bears, lol what a joke

yes when you play football you know what your getting into but using your helmet to tackle is not the way i have been thought to tackle. Not in little league and not in high school you put your helmet on the ball, wrap up and drive him back. not, put your head first and slam into him. and did you ever have a concussion because i could tell you that it is not fun forgetting your own name and blacking out, just for some rush.

now i am all for preventing concussions but they are taking it to far and taking the fun out of it and taking everything out of it that makes football football. there needs to be some middle ground and there isnt. they are slowly ruining the game. you cant do hard hits anymore witch is bull, you cant hit the qb cuase they will complain and then you will get fined, you cant hit the receiver and now the moved kickoffs forward so there are no returns witch was one of the best parts of the game.

i have played football. i played in in little leagues and in high school. i have been a qb, reciever and Defensive end. i am still not in favor of the bull crap rules

football is a hardcore in your face contact sport pure and simple. people play it becuase of that and they play it for the fun and the rush.everyone knows what they are getting into from the first time they start playing real football and if you cant handle that then you shouldn't be playing football.

it seems like you never played football and gotten a concussion because if you did then you would be in favor of the nfl becoming safer then it has been in the past. No one likes permanent brain damage when they have kids to take care of
