Lemon Boneless Chicken is a Chinese Restaurant classic. My version features pieces of chicken breast, lightly battered and fried until golden and crispy, then smothered in a tangy lemon sauce. Serve with rice or vegetables - Give it a go!

  • I'm not able to eat soy sauce, so I was wondering if I can use something else or omit it?

  • @Misa2783 You can leave it out ;)

  • I'm not really understanding the kind of sugar you are saying you use. Is there a section where the recipe is typed?

  • @32000voisine There is an ingredient list in the video description ;)

  • With the corn starch/flour, does the sauce remain liquid, or does it become gelatin after sitting and cooling? That's one issue I've had when I follow some recipes "to the letter", is that there's too much corn starch and it basically turns the sauce into "jello" after it's cooled... which is kinda gross.

  • @lupine73 The sauce will thicken as it cools, but simply stir it and then reheat it in the microwave and it will re-liquify ;)

  • @junglibilli88 Oh dear, I hope I don't get you in trouble with God - he's already angry with me after my Chocolate Mousse!

  • @debngp If you visit my channel, there's a link for a measurement conversion chart which you can print out and keep in the kitchen. If you want a lighter version, omit the batter and grill the chicken instead ;)

  • This recipe really was great. The hubby and I loved it. I'll definitely be making this again! Thanks One Pot Chef!

  • @angel292005 It is great served with steamed broccoli , sugar snap beans or chinese beans. I have also served it with roasted zucchini.

  • @32000voisine Castor sugar (superfine) is similar to our American sugar you buy in 5 lb bags.
