@lobster272 in terms of genre, i'd say its both pop punk and hardcore, so melodic hardcore might fit that. Same goes for set your goals.

@lobster272 to me, hardcore is just as much a community or a movement, as it is a genre. Like the indie term, it could refer to a genre, or it's roots and ethics. I'd call Daggermouth a hardcore band.

@lobster272 Did you not understand the point I wanted across. I was talking in terms of beliefs. Not music. I'm quite aware they play pop punk. As PEOPLE, meaning what they believe and stand for, contemplates the hardcore beliefs. Which is why they are very much so apart of the hardcore scene and support hardcore.
