  • trentontrading- The pickles last in the refrigerator for approximately one month. The amount of vinegar is very small, so please do not attempt to pressure can this recipe without consulting the FDA, or a Master Food Preserver.

  • Thanks for sharing, I'm in the learning process of canning and pickeling. I notice you didn't boil the brine 1st as is done with pickled peppers etc. What difference in shelf life will there be as a result ?
