No. The Cat Scan is different from an MRI. A CT uses radiation to make an image when an MRI uses a magnetic radio frequencies, no radiation involved with MRI. MRI goes into more detail.

Not sagittal slices. Those are transverse (axial) slices acquired in this scan.

I got today my CT head scan after injury and i am wondering is it possible to view it in 3d ? Since i want to compare it to my old CT scan when all was good.

being in ct scan is like stand 2 miles away from nuke blast if u wiling to stand 2 miles away from fukushima nuke plants go a head do ur ct scan OR another option is mri

Be careful CT scan can cause cancer.

That's not true at all, CT scans will not give your child cancer.

ct scan is no good for kids it will make cancer in kids body cuz they live long er allow radiation turn into cancer dr said it better to have the kids be observe and taken care by the dr overnight it more accurate and safer. ct scan ur kids thy will have cancer by the time they r 30s yr old i promise u that facts

My son is autistic and he is having a ct today. I showed him this clip to explain it to him, so maybe he could understand better and not wig-out when we got there.
