Islanders arenot moving in 2015 now that there is arena built in Brooklyn which will host the First Islanders home pre season game next season

Quebec Nordiques (2015 Possibility)
Bring these teams back they deserve better

@jcawesome2 are you an idiot? that was an ahl game and the temp was below 20 degrees, you have no idea what you are talking about, that game has exactly 0 impact on getting the team back.. i was there and it felt even lower then 20, i watched the alumni to see some cool names and then left

Howard Baldwin is going to do everything in his power to bring em back but we CT residents and Whalers FANS need to attend these whale games to show them that a fan base exists in CT....BRING BACK THE WHALERS!!!!!

We need our team back! My aunts from South Florida and she told me how she went to a Panthers game and got a ticket 6 rows off the ice, parking and food for $30 dollars...... the teams r desperate down there.

@jcawesome2 They also look at ticket sales and sales for the whale bowl where 20,000+. If the planning had been a bit better and it was an afternoon game it would have drawn more of those ticket holders out to the game. I was there. There where more than 5,000 during the legends game and the beginning of the Whale game.

Nice to see the Whale is rising again...
But with Winnipeg coming back, and Phoenix and other sunbelt teams in deep trouble...
THIS Ducks fan is hoping for the Whale to ressurface in the NHL!
(Because when I watch my Ducks take on the Whalers someday...I BETTER HEAR BRASS BONANZA! That has to be the single-best intro/goal/win tune in hockey history!)
We've got the Jets...now let's get the Nordiques and Whalers to complete the Hat Trick! :D
