Polio Prevention program of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Khost Province that has benefited almost 180,000 children under five-years old. preventing them from getting Polio.

This has been one of the main mission of the United Nations in Afghanistan, to serve the people in different communities.

This TV short documentary spot was part of the UN Day Media Campaign launched to highlight the work of the UN Mission and its staff members in Afghanistan.

Last year, Ban Ki-moon, the UN Secretary-General said: The United Nations must deliver results for a safer, healthier and more prosperous world."

This TV spot is one of the ten specially produced, featuring UN Staff members and people who have benefited from their work.
