  • I heard very impressive claims of kettlebells. I've also heard that they are brutal in the beginning. True or false?

  • False if you have someone to teach you the safety protocols and correct technique. True if you are swinging it about on your own

  • What weight are you using?

  • don't remember. It was either a 16kg or 20kg

  • You have to learn the difference between a squat and a stiff legged deadlift. Your video starts off wrong. But other parts are good. Cheers, and happy kettlebelling!!!

  • thanks for the critique

  • I am new to kettlebell but several of these techniques look hard on the lower back, and way more jerky then what i would expect. Maybe with time I will change my mind.

  • Use your legs more for the "clean & press"!

Other then that, you have a good basic instructual guide!

  • Yeah, his squat is actually the Romanian Deadlift.

  • were do u get kettle bells???

  • Those high swings are easy for a few reps but after about 60, they kill me. It's a simple but phenomenal exercise.
