I am new to kettlebell but several of these techniques look hard on the lower back, and way more jerky then what i would expect. Maybe with time I will change my mind.

Those high swings are easy for a few reps but after about 60, they kill me. It's a simple but phenomenal exercise.

I heard very impressive claims of kettlebells. I've also heard that they are brutal in the beginning. True or false?

False if you have someone to teach you the safety protocols and correct technique. True if you are swinging it about on your own

You have to learn the difference between a squat and a stiff legged deadlift. Your video starts off wrong. But other parts are good. Cheers, and happy kettlebelling!!!
