@ranthrave29 No, Vocaloid is a professionnal music software designed by Yamaha. Technically, saying that Vocaloid is a game is wrong.
Hatsune Miku: Project Diva is a PSP/PS3 game released by SEGA, using Vocaloid-created songs.
Although Project Diva cannot be used to create music, it grant control of the choreography and could be used to produce a PV. Project Diva's latest graphic engine has very likely be used to do the CGI for the Zepp concert shown in this news report
