The Culture Show episode 15: Miku Hatsune on the BBC Two

Episode 15 of The Culture Show on BBC2 had a short introduction to Miku Hatsune and Vocaloid .

This is probably the first non-Japanese mass media to report almost correctly who is Miku Hatsune and what is Vocaloid. So, kudos to the Beeb and Tom Uglow.

@ranthrave29 No, Vocaloid is a professionnal music software designed by Yamaha. Technically, saying that Vocaloid is a game is wrong.

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva is a PSP/PS3 game released by SEGA, using Vocaloid-created songs.

Although Project Diva cannot be used to create music, it grant control of the choreography and could be used to produce a PV. Project Diva's latest graphic engine has very likely be used to do the CGI for the Zepp concert shown in this news report
