@xiehuiyu you have a good point, but the radiographers usually adjust radiation doses to a minimum requirement for paediatric patients

I got a Catscan twice one when I was a baby and two months ago when I was in and out of the hospital for a month with a broken nose a really good hospital called children's their assholes for not telling me the radiation and cancer chances I came in they looked at my nose and said we need a cr scan and I walked over and got one of those creepy things

aww wee soul hope hes ok.

what do you mean it's very high? relative to what?

It wasn't the radiation showing up on camera, it was a frequency interference. Radiation, like microwaves, is invisible. The frequency along with the rotation of the detector(s) (depending on the generation of machine) can interfere with electronics like cameras, spinal stimulators, pain/insulin pumps, and the newest generations can even effect pacemakers.

@drpepperpepsicoke I still freak out when I get CT Scan's. I have Hydroce. so I get one every-other year.

These tests should be given as a last resort especially on babies. The medical community hands out cat scans like candy, never fully explaining the dangers of that much radiation. This baby was exposed to 1/10 of the radiation that people living on the fringes of Hiroshima received. There are diagnostic tools that can be used.
Why CT scan for baby? If is not safe cause the radiation is very high.l
