Julian Bond delivers the keynote address at the University of Virginia symposium marking the 100th anniverary of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. Bond is chairman of the NAACP and also professor of history at U.Va. The Carter G. Woodson Institute for African-American and African Studies at the University of Virginia hosts the two-day symposium.
