4. They called it a roof, so they thought the sky was solid! So much for this "roof"! The video attempts to show that the Koran predicted scientific results. It does not, this was done by looking for known results in the book. If the book had REALLY useful knowledge, it would have, for example, shown us how to make electricity 2000 years ago. Predict something new!! Our knowledge did not come from this book. To the contrary, books like this are slowing down our knowledge gain, even today.

How silly your arguments were. "Roof" is not always necessary be solid. There are roofs of tents made by clothes. Umbrella also acts like a roof. Etc etc. It's the translation  of Arabic who says that its roof. Some other translations says, Quran 21:32 And We have made the heavens as a canopy well guarded: yet do they turn away from the Signs which these things (point to)!

Quran is well preserved and we muslims already known about that TIME ZONE that in some places of earth is day and in some places its night. Quran says that day of judgement will catch some people in day and other in night. But the problem is with you guys. You don't listen to what the quran says and reject it in the first place without using your head.

Dinosaurs died, because Allah wanted them to die. Allah is the best of planner. If He planned to made human beings here one earth, ofcourse the dinosaurs had to be killed. Havent you noticed that since the humans have been living here, there is no calamities happened like the one happened before with dinosours.

if a religion is true, then science will compliement it. Problems arises when people take the bible and the koran as solid literal meanings, they were in some books meant to be as stories/proverbs, still the truth just not written in a literal way.

brother, the problmem arises from artic circle and not necessaricly from noth and sound poles. It just get worse there. Scientic inlusing muslims do go to north pole for research. they have camps there. The fact is in islam we are supposed to face the 'kaaba' for prayers five times a daya. That concept was based on the flat earth system. We are asked to follow the timing of the moon in terms of prayers( that concept totally fails in north pole and south pole and so does islam). Yet we want to make sense of some verses which otherwise could have disastorous meanings. Apologies for strong comments.

rudmop,,, if the quran mentions that then you will say that Quran does not mention that the largest element found in the atmosphere is nitrogen...and so on, and so on.. i told you that Quran is not the book of science.. its the book of signs.
